Refund requested up to 24 hours from placing the order: If you decide to cancel your balloon order within 24 hours of placing the order, a refund will be issued, but a 3% refund administration fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee is applied to cover administrative costs associated with processing the refund.

b. Refund requested more than 24 hours before the specific delivery/collection date: If you decide to cancel your balloon order more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery/collection date, the previous refund policy applies, and a 40% surcharge will be deducted from the refund amount to recoup fees incurred by services rendered in preparation for the order.

2. Cancellation Process:
To initiate a cancellation, please send an email to sales@thelondonballoonshop.com, including your contact details, the scheduled delivery/collection date, and the reason for cancelling.

3. Waiver of Cancellation Fees:
As previously mentioned, cancellation fees can be waived upon rescheduling at our discretion. If you wish to reschedule your order instead of cancelling, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to find a suitable alternative.
