1. About Us

The London Balloon Shop is the official online store for Oscar's Den, our physical party shop at 88b Belsize Lane, London NW3 5BE. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

2. Orders & Delivery

Online orders are delivered within your selected delivery time slot. Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your postcode. If you need a specific delivery time outside our standard slots, or delivery outside London, please contact us directly by phone or email.

For urgent same-day or next-day delivery, please email sales@thelondonballoonshop.com or call +44 (0) 207 328 6683. Urgent orders may incur a different delivery charge.

3. Balloon Float Times

Float times vary by balloon type and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by temperature, handling, and environment. Please see our FAQs for guidance on expected float times for latex, foil, and confetti balloons.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before your delivery/collection date by emailing sales@thelondonballoonshop.com with your contact details, order date, and reason for cancellation.

All cancellations incur a 40% surcharge to cover administration and preparation already carried out. This fee may be waived at our discretion if you choose to reschedule instead.

5. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

6. Our Liability

We take great care in preparing and delivering your order, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as traffic, weather, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

8. Placing an Order

You must be 18 or over to place an order with us. By ordering, you confirm that the details you provide, including delivery address and contact information, are accurate.

9. Product Accuracy

We do our best to ensure the balloons and arrangements you receive closely match the images and descriptions on our website. However, colours, styles, and exact designs may vary slightly due to product availability or handmade preparation.

10. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your balloons arrive damaged, deflated, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@thelondonballoonshop.com with a photo where possible, and we'll be happy to arrange a replacement or resolve the issue.

11. Safety Information

Balloons can present a choking hazard for children under 8 years old — please supervise children around balloons at all times. Keep balloons away from open flames and heat sources. Balloons are decorative items and are not intended as toys.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, logos, and text, belongs to The London Balloon Shop / Oscar's Den and may not be reproduced or used without our permission.

13. Third-Party Links

From time to time, our website may link out to other sites, such as our social media pages or payment providers. Once you leave our site, their own terms and privacy practices will apply

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
