Where are you located, and can I visit in person?
Our physical shop, Oscar's Den, is London's oldest party and balloon store. We have been serving families and businesses from our North London shop for over four decades. You can visit us in person to browse decorations, fancy dress, paperware, and homeware at:

Delivery Beyond London
While we cover all of London as standard, we're also able to deliver to select locations just outside the city — including country estates, farms, and hotels in the Home Counties and surrounding areas. If your venue is outside our standard delivery zone, simply email us at sales@thelondonballoonshop.com with your location and event details, and we'll let you know if we can accommodate your delivery.
How does online delivery work and what are the time slots?
Online orders are processed right in our physical shop and delivered directly by our own drivers. Your balloons will always arrive fully inflated and pre-arranged, ready for your celebration. Online orders offer two standard delivery slots:
- Morning/Midday: 10:00am – 2:00pm
- Afternoon/Evening: 2:00pm – 7:00pm
All online orders are delivered within your selected online delivery time slot.
How much is the delivery fee?
The delivery fee is calculated automatically by our website during checkout based on your specific postcode.
What if the online delivery slots do not suit my schedule?
If our standard online delivery slots are not convenient, or if you require a more specific delivery window, please place your order directly over the phone on 0207 328 6683 or via email at sales@thelondonballoonshop.com so we can accommodate your schedule.
Where do you deliver across London?
We deliver straight to residential addresses, businesses, venues, and hotels across London. We also deliver welcoming New Baby balloon arrangements directly to London hospitals.

Float Time
How long will my balloons float, and when should they be delivered?
Latex Balloons
Our latex balloons are made from 100% natural latex, not plastic — and we treat every latex balloon to extend its float time. While they can be delivered the evening before your party, we generally inflate and deliver them on the day itself, to make sure they're at their absolute best when they arrive.
Foil Balloons
Foil balloons float for much longer than latex — often days, and sometimes even weeks — so these can be delivered the day before your party.
Confetti Balloons
Confetti balloons are a little different, as float times vary by size:
- Standard 11" confetti balloons float for 4–6 hours, so these must be delivered on the day of your event.
- Large 16" confetti balloons float for a full day, but still need to be delivered on the day of your event.
- 3ft confetti balloons can be delivered the evening before your party.
As a general rule, all latex balloons look their best on the day we inflate them — that's why we always inflate as close to delivery as possible.

What kinds of balloons can I order online?
We offer a wide variety of pre-selected balloon arrangements (Balloon Bunches) on our website. You can also create your own custom arrangements using individually selected balloons, including birthday foils, latex balloons, classic hearts, stars, rounds, and unique balloon shapes.
Can I customise a pre-selected Balloon Bunch?
Yes. All of our single balloons — found in the "Single Balloons & Add ons" section in the top menu — can be added to any of our Balloon Bunches to create a more custom, personalised look.
What if I cannot find the specific balloon I am looking for online?
If you cannot find exactly what you need on our website, simply call us on 0207 328 6683 or send us an email at sales@thelondonballoonshop.com to place your order directly with our team. We have a vast inventory in our physical shop.
Do you offer large-scale installations like balloon arches and garlands?
Yes. We offer custom balloon arches, stands, and garlands. For these larger setups, the best approach is to contact us directly with your specific event requirements so we can provide a tailored quote.
Need to Reschedule
Changing Your Order
Balloon order requests can be cancelled 48 hours prior to the specific delivery/collection date by emailing sales@thelondonballoonshop.com, stating your contact details, delivery/collection date, and reason for cancelling.
Please note that due to the way orders are processed, all cancellations will incur a 40% surcharge to recoup fees incurred by services rendered in preparation for the order, such as:
- Administration fees to set the booking
- Preparation of the rendered services
- Any services performed up until the point of termination
Cancellation fees can be waived upon rescheduling, at our discretion.

Do you cater for corporate parties and office events?
Yes, we regularly provide balloon decor for corporate businesses.
Christmas parties are our absolute forte for festive holiday celebrations — including kids' Christmas parties, where we can provide both decor and presents to make the day extra special.
New Year's Eve - Every 31st December, while London gets ready to countdown to midnight, we're busy weaving through the city delivering balloons that turn parties into unforgettable celebrations. There's nothing quite like the buzz of NYE, and we wouldn't have it any other way — it's the night we go all out to make sure your countdown starts in style.
Can you print our company logo on balloons?
Yes. We offer custom printed, branded balloons featuring your company logo — perfect for product launches, office parties, exhibitions, and corporate events. Get in touch with your logo and requirements and we'll provide a tailored quote.

Do you deliver festive balloons directly to restaurants?
Yes, we deliver seasonal decorations directly to restaurants and dining venues. Managing Christmas and New Year's Eve restaurant balloon decor is a particular specialty of ours, ensuring your dining space looks spectacular for holiday guests.
Which other seasonal holidays do you cater for?
Halloween and Valentine's Day are also massive dates in our calendar! We provide a fantastic range of spooky, dramatic, and romantic balloon designs for both residential parties and commercial venue displays during these seasons.
