We hand-deliver all our balloons with our own courier service to anywhere within the M25 Monday-Saturday 10am-6:30pm. Alternatively you can always arrange to collect your order in store Monday - Saturday 10:30am- 5pm. .
Helium filled foil balloons last up to one week, and bubble balloons last even longer, so it is possible for example to choose delivery on a Friday for an event on Saturday.
Latex helium balloons will float 48-72 hours.
Standard 11" confetti will float 4 – 6 hours.
Large 16" confetti – 18 – 24 hours. Standard size and 16'' Confetti balloons have to be delivered on the day of your event / party.
Large, 3ft Confetti filled balloons can be delivered the day before your party as they will last 2-3 days.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is at the address within the specified delivery times to accept the delivery. A charge may be made where a delivery has been attempted and refused through no fault of our own or our carriers. Where delivery has been attempted and not made, the goods will be returned to us. Goods will not automatically be re-delivered. The redelivery charge is the same as the original delivery charge.

All balloons from the London Balloon Shop are delivered helium filled. We deliver the balloons ourselves; Oggy and Phillipe, our amazing delivery drivers are on the roads delivering balloons all day everyday ensuring your party balloons get to you on time and in perfect condition!
No, only helium filled balloons float. Air filled balloons will stay on the floor.
Unfortunately the flat latex balloons are only sold as a minimum of 10 of each colour.
Helium filled balloons are only delivered to the postcodes specified on the delivery page. They are delivered by our drivers. Uninflated balloons and balloon accessories are delivered via royal mail and therefore they can be sent anywhere in the UK. If you order helium filled balloons as well as flat balloons or balloon accessories, they will be delivered at the same time.
Balloon orders request can be cancelled 48 hours prior to the specific delivery / collection date by emailing sales@thelondonballoonshop.com, stating your contact details, delivery / collection dated and reason for cancelling. Please note that due to the way orders are processed, all cancellations will incur a 40% surcharge to recoup fees incurred by services rendered in preparation for the order such as:
Administration fees to set the booking
Preparation of the rendered services
Any services performed up until the point of termination
Cancellation fees can be waived upon
rescheduling at our discretion

Here at The London Balloon Shop, we endeavour to provide the best delivery service available in London. The London Balloon Shop offers a delivery service of helium filled balloons. All balloons are delivered inflated.
We do offer Helium Filled Balloon Deliveries for our customers between the following hours: Monday – Saturday 10am – 6:30
Balloons can also be collected from our Balloon shop. Please select Shop Collection at the checkout page. Balloons – Shop Collection 10:30am – 5pm
Once you have chosen your delivery day / time slot you will receive confirmation email from us with your order number.
You can specify delivery date / time slot at the checkout page. If you need your balloons delivered at a specific time, please do give us a call and speak to a member of the team.
Online balloon orders are processed same day.
If no time is specified we will select the most convenient time slot possible and inform you via email.
Please take special notice of when you actually need your balloons, as some balloons only last a short period time and if delivered earlier than the actual event they may not last. For more information on balloon floating times please phone us at The London Balloon Shop.

Please let us know if you cannot select delivery option via the website for the specific postcode. For urgent deliveries, please call 0207 328 6683 and we will try to help. Delivery charges will vary in this instance. Please note that helium INFLATED latex balloons should be ordered to arrive on the day of your party rather than in advance.

Latex balloons are fullest and prettiest the day that they are delivered (inflated!), and we usually deliver them on the day of your event. However, they will last 2-3 days, so can be delivered the day before your party.
Foil balloons last up to one week. They will go softer each day, but certainly be suitable for the next day.
Confetti balloons will float 4-6 hours (standard size 11'' confetti balloons)! Larger 16'' confetti balloons will float for around 1 day, and Large 3ft Confetti balloons will last 2-3 days.
If you order flat latex balloons from The London Balloon Shop and fill with Hi-Float liquid, before inflation, then the helium will last approximately2-3 days. Confetti balloons cannot be hifloated!
It is possible to fill foils with air using a hand pump – but this is a delicate procedure since the valves on the balloons are really designed for the helium filling. Please note that air filled balloons will not float.
You can attach up to 20 latex balloons or standard sized foil balloons to each weight. If you are using larger balloons, then the weight will start lifting off the floor with fewer balloons.
